Biomedical Imaging Center

The Biomedical Imaging Center (BIC) at the Beckman Institute is a state-of-the-art biomedical imaging facility committed to the development of cutting edge techniques which integrate magnetic resonance methods with other imaging techniques, including optical imaging, eye-tracking, EEG and MEG. Researchers who wish to use BIC facilities and equipment must obtain the appropriate approvals.

Using BIC Facilities

Researchers who would like to use the resources at BIC must receive permission from BIC and go through the appropriate registration, training, and project planning. Contact for more information. Evidence of BIC permission must also be received by OPRS before research can commence.

BIC MRI Screening and Consent Forms

Due to the unique nature of MRI studies, BIC has screening measures and consent forms to be used for MRI research. These forms can be found here.
