If you will be employed by a new academic institution and will maintain a minimal or 0% faculty appointment at UIUC, you still must follow all of the same procedures as a person completely leaving UIUC in order to continue conducting research.  UIUC can no longer provide IRB oversight if you are actually employed by another academic institution.  

You will need to work with your new IRB as soon as possible to either transfer your research or also open it at the new institution.
