I completed the CITI training, but it is not showing as complete in the OVCRI Training portal. Why?

If you completed the Core IRB training module in CITI but it is not showing as complete in the OVCRI Training Portal, make sure that your @illinois.edu email address is listed as your email address in your CITI profile. The OVCRI Training Portal receives an update daily from CITI, so it will take about one day after completion to show as complete in the Training Portal.
