Description
In order to submit a study or protocol to the IRB, you must submit the applicable submission Forms. Currently, the submission and review process entails researchers downloading the current version of a form from the OPRS website, completing the forms and any additional forms required according to the form instructions, and emailing the forms and supporting documentation to irb@illinois.edu.
