Why won't my application submit?

If you are working in IRBOnline and you are ready to submit your application to OPRS for review, and it won't submit - you likely are missing a required field somewhere in the application.  

When a required question is missing a response, there will be a red statement at that question.  But, that can be hard to find when you're scanning through quickly.  There is also a tool built into IRBOnline to verify each required section has all of the responses.  Utilizing this checkbox tool for each required section is a quick and easy way to figure out where you're missing a required response.
